Your Event Day Guide

Before & During Your Event
Getting In
Enter using the door code you’ve been given. To hold the south door open for guests, an Allen key and instructions are inside the fire-extinguisher box to your left as you enter. Please don’t prop the entrance doors open — it lets flies in and throws off the indoor temperature.
Comfort & Climate
Two thermostats are on the south wall — please set both to the same temperature (no lower than 70° in summer). Keeping both sets of event-center double doors closed helps hold the temperature.
Wi-Fi
The wireless password is posted on the south wall, near the black media box.
Media Box
If your rental includes the media box, the instruction manual is inside the box. We recommend a quick look before your event.
Kitchen
The kitchen is included with your rental — please feel free to use it.
Tables & Chairs
Tables and chairs are in the west hallway, behind the double doors to your right. When you’re done, please stack tables on one side and chairs on the other — just like you found them.
A Few House Rules
To keep the space beautiful for every event, please avoid:
Red drinks or food • sparkles & glitter • birdseed
— inside the event center or at its entrance. Kindly keep all guests within the event center only.
Before You Leave — Clean-Up Checklist
Detailed instructions are also posted in the kitchen by the coffee pots. Supplies (cleaner, paper towels & trash bags) are in the kitchen island and the back room beside the stage.
Remove all decorations
Banners, balloons, centerpieces — everything you brought in.
Vacuum all areas
The vacuum is in the back stage room (west side of the stage). Empty the canister after you sweep.
Remove trash bags
Wheel the cans to the back doors near the stage and load the bags into the trash hauler in the back room. The dumpster is out the back double doors. Use a door stop so you don’t get locked out!
Clean up any stains or spills
Carpet and floors — supplied cleaner & paper towels are in the kitchen island and the back room beside the stage.
Wipe down all counters
Use the supplied cleaners & paper towels.
Turn off the media system
Only if you used it.
Turn off all lights
Last thing on your way out.
